When we do a "clean Up" we mean "clean up", be leary of our competitors who offer a cheaper clean up option.. Make sure they dont mean, system reload. Or offer a low starting price with lots of addins. We do not reload your System. When we do a clean up, We clean all virus, spyware and adware without losing any of your system data or programs. We optimize your pc and apply all service packs in the process.

In some rare occasions a system reload is the only solution to clean up a computer, in that case we will contact the client first to discuss their options.

If our clean up did not remedy your Computers Problems, within 7 days, bring your computer back to us and we will reload your PC, at no additonal charge. (all system and hardware driver disks must be provided by customer)
